Your holiday will consist of two main components:
- Your flight:
Please ensure that whichever airline you purchase your flights with is ATOL protected (or your country’s equivalent, if you’re booking from outside the UK). This guarantees your financial protection in the event of the airline failing to honour your flights and also ensures that you will be repatriated to your home country should your flight company fail whilst you are in The Gambia. Footsteps is not responsible for your flights.
- Your stay at Footsteps booked with us:
With regard to your stay at Footsteps Eco-Lodge we are pleased to offer you our 100% money-back guarantee. This means that should your airline go into administration prior to your departure and you are unable to find alternative flights to The Gambia, we will give you a 100% refund of the money you have paid to us. In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your booking for whatever reason, we will first endeavor to find alternative arrangements for you. However, should these not be suitable to you, we will also offer a full 100% refund of the money you have paid to us.
Remember if paying by Credit Card (more than £100) your Credit Card company has an obligation to insure you against loss.
