Self-catered accommodation
Sunbird House is set in its own grounds approximately 150 meters from the main lodge. All the benefits of Footsteps bar, restaurant, pool etc. are just a short stroll away through the gardens, with the added bonus of being self-catering accommodation.
The house is independent of the lodge with its own supply of solar power, hot/cold water, fridge and cooking facilities which means cold drinks whenever you want them. And also hot water first thing in the morning when it can be a little chilly. There are two large bedrooms at either end of this self-catering accommodation and extra beds are available, so Sunbird House can sleep up to six people with ease.

We have a 24-hour check-in and airport collection service, so wherever you’re travelling from and whatever time you arrive we are here just for you!
From June 15th until October 15th Footsteps closes its doors to conduct essential maintenance and for our staff to receive some well-earned time off, ensuring a high-quality product each year for our guests.
For two or three persons we suggest you also look at one of our roundhouses 😀
