Yoga, Nature & Local Experiences

A yoga retreat that offers something different!

Welcome to The Gambia and a week filled with yoga, nature, and local experiences!

Each day, wake up and refresh your body with a lovely yoga session, before embracing what the day will bring.

During the week you will get to know the local village.

Enjoy a peaceful river cruise on the Alahein river in a dugout canoe.

And learn to cook a local dish, and walk the beaches!

Now that is a yoga retreat with a difference.

This morning we get up before sunrise, grab our tea and fruit and walk down to the beach as it slowly is getting lighter. We will do our yoga flow on the beach, as the sun is rising.
