Concerning your stay at Footsteps Eco-Lodge, we are pleased to offer you our 100% money-back guarantee. This means that should your airline go into administration before your departure and you are unable to find alternative flights to The Gambia, we will give you a 100% refund of the money you have paid to us. In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your booking for whatever reason, we will first endeavour to find alternative arrangements for you. However, should these not be suitable for you, we will also offer a full 100% refund of the money you have paid to us.

Remember if paying by Credit Card (more than £100) your Credit Card company must insure you against loss.
