Booking Terms and Conditions

When you book: you will receive a confirmation email from us within 30 minutes of booking.

Your booking is on a no-deposit basis and we will email you a reminder for full payment 42 days before departure. This should be paid 28 days before your arrival date.

If you cancel your stay: 

You can cancel your stay with us at any time by giving us written notice. If you cancel your stay, the following charges apply:

– up to 15 days before departure = full refund

– Less than 15 days before departure 100% of the total cost of the trip is payable.

If we cancel your stay: 

Footsteps Ecolodge reserves the right to cancel the trip if the circumstances indicate that it is necessary. If that happens you will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.

Insurance: All travellers are strongly advised to have valid insurance when they book their holiday. You are responsible for your own travel insurance and to ensure that it covers the necessary assistance if needed. Check your insurance policy and make sure you are well covered.

Passports and Visas: You are responsible for having a valid passport. The passport should be valid for more than six months after the departure date. 

Vaccination: You are responsible for taking any necessary vaccinations. For more information contact your local vaccination office.
